In this role, you will scout, test, and integrate cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance content creation, learner engagement, and internal operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Research emerging AI tools: Track innovations in generative AI, automation, video/audio processing, and learning analytics.
- Evaluate feasibility & ROI: Create comparison matrices covering functionality, cost, implementation effort, and potential value.
- Prototype integrations: Work with no-code or low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make) to embed AI tools into existing workflows (transcription, summarization, avatar video, automated feedback, etc.).
- Document outcomes: Record test cases, user guides, limitations, and recommendations for wider adoption.
Qualifications:

- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Curiosity about AI/ML trends and hands-on exposure to tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Descript, Synthesia, Notion AI, or similar.
- Familiarity with workflow-automation or no-code platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to compare technical capabilities against business needs.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings and training users.
- Bonus: Experience with prompt engineering, LLM APIs, or small proof-of-concept AI projects.
