As the Digital Learning initiative of IIM Bangalore, IIMBx creates online courses utilizing the subject matter expertise of the IIMB Faculty. The department constantly explores and engages with state-of-the-art technological, research and creative tools to come up with content that is learner-centric, engaging and effective.
Partnerships
IIMBx partners with Government, Academic Institutes and Corporates to deliver specialised courses and programs to their respective cohorts. These partnerships focus on skillbuilding, upskilling, training and social impact. We have partnered with MOOC, edX and so on.
National Co-ordinator
The Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, has appointed IIM Bangalore as one of the nine national coordinators for its SWAYAM initiative.
IIMBx is vested with the responsibility of ensuring that best quality educational content is produced and delivered through the SWAYAM platform in the Management area.

Founded in 2014 with a clear vision to make high quality higher education accessible to all–irrespective of any social or economic constraints that learners might have–IIMBx creates and offers online courses with the help of faculty from IIM Bangalore.
