Job Title: Tech Intern

Role: The individual will be responsible for supporting the technical team in maintaining, and upgrading and support of the Open Edx platform

Responsibility

• • Maintain and upgrade existing features in the Open Edx platform
  • Coordinate with the vendors to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues 
  • Learn and understand the workings of new technologies like AWS (Amazon Web Service)
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing support tickets
  • Explore new AI tools and documentation

Skills

• • Familiarity with G Suite
  • Basic understanding of Open Edx
  • Familiarity with Freshdesk
  • Familiarity with ChatGPT
  • Ability to learn and understand new technology quickly
  • Good written/oral communication skills in English
  • Self-starter who can take initiative, plan, and execute with confidence

Qualification

• • Any degree from a recognized university or currently pursuing a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field

Stipend: Stipend will be paid based on experience.

Duration of Contract: 3 months
