Job title: Technical Intern (System Design, AI & Backend)

About Role:We are looking for a sharp, curious Technical Intern to join our core tech team. You will jump straight into designing scalable architectures, working with cutting-edge AI pipelines, and building clean backend systems. We love people who enjoy solving tricky engineering puzzles and want to see their decisions make a real-world impact.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) 

    • System Design & Architecture
      • Design & Scale: Help map out high-level architectures that are reliable, fast, and scalable.
      • Databases & APIs: Design clean SQL/NoSQL schemas and build secure REST/GraphQL API interfaces.
      • Optimization: Find latency bottlenecks and suggest ways to make our systems run faster.
    • AI Implementation & Integration
      • AI Pipelines: Build and deploy workflows using modern LLM APIs and smart automation agents.
      • Search & RAG: Help design and test Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and search architectures.
    • Backend Development
      • Write Core Code: Write clean, modular backend code that powers our core platforms.
      • Automate Data: Build secure data pipelines and background worker queues to handle heavy lifting.

What We’re Looking For 

    • Core Skills
      • System Design Foundations: You understand data structures, caching, load balancing, and how distributed systems talk to each other.
      • AI Tooling: You keep up with the latest AI/ML trends, frameworks, and API integrations. A reputed, industry-recognized AI/ML certification is a big plus.
      • Backend Know-How: Strong coding skills (Python, Node.js, or similar) and comfortable working with databases.
      • Modern Tools: Basic familiarity with Git and Docker.
    • Soft Skills
      • Curiosity: You aren’t afraid to dive into an ambiguous problem and figure out how to solve it.
      • Ownership: You take pride in seeing a feature through from an idea on paper to live code.
      • Collaboration: You can clearly explain your technical decisions to the rest of the team.
