This isn't a refresher course. It's a complete re-wiring

Eight months of structured rigour to take you from contributing at work to leading people, capital, customers, strategy, and AI-driven decisions, with a capstone that proves you can.

01

Lead with rigour, not just instinct

Frameworks from IIM Bangalore faculty for project leadership, communication, and influence, calibrated for first-time managers.

02

Read a balance sheet like an owner

Valuation, corporate finance, sustainable value creation. Stop deferring to finance and sit with them as a peer.

03

Build customer value, end to end

CRM and digital marketing taught by faculty who write the curriculum the market uses. Move from acquiring customers to compounding them.

04

Think strategically. Innovate operationally

Advanced corporate strategy paired with innovation at the leadership level. The two skills most often missing in the manager who just got promoted.

05

Decide with data. Not with vibes.

A dedicated theme on data-driven decision making and GenAI for managers. Use the tools as a leader uses them.

06

Ship something that matters.

The action learning project capstone runs across the entire programme. You don't write a paper. You move a number inside your own organisation.

Programme and Capstone Anchor

"Emerging leaders don't need more theory. They need permission to apply what they already half-know, under faculty mentorship, with peers who will tell them the truth, on a problem that actually matters to their organisation. That's what ELP is engineered to do."

Built for managers stepping up

If you were promoted in the last two years, or are about to be, ELP closes the gap between the work that got you here and the leadership the next chair demands.

Who is this Ideal for?

  • First-time managers who have inherited a team and are learning leadership on the job, often without scaffolding.
  • Emerging leaders (3 to 8 yrs) in product, operations, technology, marketing or finance, being groomed for cross-functional ownership.
  • Founders and senior ICs moving into general-management roles looking for rigorous breadth across leadership, finance, customers, strategy and AI.

Apply if you have:

  • 3 to 8 years, with at least one year managing people or owning a cross-functional outcome.
  • A graduate degree in any discipline, including engineering, management, science, design, or any relevant field.
  • A real problem at your current organisation that you would like to make the focus of your action learning project.
