Job Title: Freelance Teaching Assistants 

Role:

• Provide Subject Matter Expertise
• Moderating Discussion forum and interact with learners
• Preparing and Uploading weekly assessments. It includes create new questions and/or updating questions and/or re-using the existing questions
• Preparing and Uploading Final Exam (FE) Question Papers (QP). Preparing FE QPs include create new questions and/or updating questions and/or re-using the existing questions
• Making Course Announcements regularly 

Qualification and Experience:

• MBA with minimum three years of experience (preferable academic experience)
• Domain expertise such as Finance or Marketing or HR or Operations
• Excellent in English Communication

Effort Required:

• Should be able to spend approx 1 – 1.5 hour per day (no need to quit your current job)
• During exams, the workload may be higher.

Remuneration: Remuneration for this freelance activity is Rs. 20,000 (including tax) per course per semester.

*Should have your own laptop with good internet connection 

Duration of Contract: 6 months
