The programme brings together experienced faculty, ed-tech specialists, and learner voices to explore innovative pedagogies, AI-enabled teaching, and best practices for creating impactful online courses.

The FDP is structured into two parts: a one-day on-campus workshop on 17th January 2026 at IIM Bangalore, followed by a 45-day online training programme starting from 20th January 2026.
