The Certificate in General Management for New Age Managers programme, NAM in short, is designed for first-time managers, emerging leaders, and professionals transitioning from individual contributor roles to people management responsibilities. Organisations may nominate employees identified as future leaders, and eligible individuals may nominate themselves.

The programme fee is Rs 1,75,000 + 18% GST.

Participants access recorded lectures, reading material, and assessments on the IIMBx platform. They receive schedules of all live and on-campus sessions well in advance. For the best learning experience, access the programme on a laptop or desktop.
