About the Requirement:We are looking for an experienced vendor partner to manage the lip sync enabled end-to-end localization of English course video content into Hindi.
The selected vendor will be provided with the course video content and will be responsible for delivering the final Hindi-localized version with Lip sync. The scope includes video translation, review, editing, formatting, quality assurance, file management, and final delivery as per the agreed requirements.
The engagement will begin with a pilot project. Based on the quality, timeliness, communication, and successful completion of the pilot, the vendor may be considered for complete course-level assignments.
Scope of Work
The vendor will be responsible for managing the complete Hindi localization workflow, including:
- Translating English course video content into Hindi with lip sync
- Reviewing and refining Hindi content to ensure accuracy, fluency, and clarity
- Ensuring the translated content retains the original meaning, instructional intent, and tone
- Localizing course scripts, assignments, subtitles, voice-over text, on-screen text, and other relevant learning assets
- Improving readability and ensuring the language is natural, learner-friendly, and culturally appropriate
- Maintaining consistency of terminology across the course
- Following project-specific glossaries, style guides, and formatting instructions
- Formatting subtitle files, scripts, or other text-based deliverables as per requirements
- Conducting quality checks before submission
- Incorporating feedback from the internal team
- Managing files, versions, and deliverables in an organized manner
- Delivering final files in the agreed format and timeline
Required Vendor Capabilities
The vendor should have:
- Proven experience in AI enabled English to Hindi translation and localization
- Strong Hindi language review and editing capability
- Experience handling educational, training, or video-based content
- Ability to manage complete course localization workflows
- Familiarity with scripts, subtitles, voice-over text, and course content formats
- Experience working with glossaries, style guides, and terminology requirements
- Strong quality assurance processes
- Capacity to handle full-course assignments within agreed timelines
- Reliable project management and communication practices
- Access to qualified translators, reviewers, and quality checkers
